I think one of the main points you don’t mention here is that their ‘overhead’ on content is little. Since most of it is ripped (yes ripped as in stolen) content from other websites members area.

Ask yourself why some random user would have rights to upload something like “manojobs” or other sites videos.

This plague of tube sites hiding behind “user” uploads is wreaking havoc in the industry and most producers (the people who paid to make the content) cannot afford to spend all their time policing sites that are stealing it.
