Yup. While I was idly looking around to see if I ranked anywhere for tube8.com on the back of some traffic that wended its way here, I noticed the following results cropping up in Google News. Now clearly, the actual Colombia Journal isn’t serving up auto-generated content like this…

So someone’s hacked Colombia Journal. If it uses WordPress, that in itself is no surprise (there’s a tonne of WordPress exploits) but it is surprising that Google hasn’t picked up on this to say the least. I guess some enterprising spammers are rubbing their hands at the prospect of some opportunities to try and realise a free buck or two.
It does look like they’re using WordPress. 2.7.
Colour me entirely unsurprised.
